About Empire Real Estate

Empire Real Estate was established to fill a void in the Southeastern Indiana real estate market.  Many individuals are interested in searching for government and bank-owned properties, but don't want the hassle of paying for inaccurate lists or providing their contact information to see available listings.

Shanna Gentry, broker owner, began her real estate career in 2003.  She started as a buyer's agent for a successful team at RE/MAX in Indianapolis.  Quickly realizing the growing demand for buyers to acquire government and bank-owned properties, she became familiar with the REO market by working with experienced brokers.  After moving back to her home town in Dearborn County, Shanna established Empire Real Estate in 2007. After years of selling distressed properties, Shanna has the experience needed to help buyers through the tedious and somewhat complicated process of buying these properties.

www.empirerepos.com was created in 2008 to provide the local community a one-stop shop of all government and bank-owned properties with no obligations or costs.  

Pam Constance is another member of the Empire Team.  Pam completed her real estate schooling in 2013 with RECP, the most successful real estate school in Indiana.  She is trained in the REO market, but also works in the traditional market.  She has extensive experience in valuing properties in our area. 

As the real estate market continues to change, we must evolve to stay relevant in the real estate market.  Through years of building relationships and selling homes, Empire has not only become an REO expert, but a qualified traditional real estate firm that prides itself on quality customer service and integrity.
